10.30 - 11.15Use Case 1 - Amnesty International Belgium

Amnesty International Vlaanderen would like to share 2 of their improvements. First is Street Recruitment. We have developed a specific extension that pulls data from the recruiting organizations directly and processes it automatically into donors, SEPA mandates and activities. A flexible approach with field mapping ensures it is really easy to start a new recruiting organization.

The second improvement is the ability to define a selection of contacts, fine tune it and at the end add an activity automatically which for example records the fact that a direct mail (using a telemarketing company) has been sent to the contact, which is then updated at a later stage when we import the results of the telemarketing action.

11.30 - 12.15Use Case 2 - Greens - EFA Group in the European ParliamentDuring this use case, we'll look into a budget tool for a European political organisation. The tool provides user access through a Drupal 9 portal. All data are stored in a separate CiviCRM install. All documents are stored in Nextcloud, but can be accesses from the portal and CiviCRM.
